Where feasible, Message Senders may combine multiple program components.
The following SMS program disclosures must be included within the terms and conditions:
Program (brand) name.
Message frequency disclosure. (not required for single message programs)
Product description.
Customer care contact information.
Opt-out information. (not required for single message programs)
“Message and data rates may apply” disclosure.
Services and Fees
- Service Agreement: By engaging Leonard Legal, P.A., you agree to the terms outlined in the service agreement specific to your case.
- Fees and Payment: Fees for our services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms require payment via credit card or check at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
- Late Payments: Late payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Leonard Legal, P.A. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
- License: Leonard Legal, P.A. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal and informational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

- Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential all information that is not publicly available and is disclosed by one party to the other, which is designated as confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

- Limitation of Liability: In no event will Leonard Legal, P.A. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our services and/or any personal information stored therein.
Termination
- Termination by Client: You may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to Leonard Legal, P.A.
- Termination by Leonard Legal, P.A.: We may terminate the service agreement or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Leonard Legal, P.A. reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use the services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms & Conditions.
